1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Tinted or custom-mixed paints (colour shades prepared as per customer request)
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items purchased under clearance, discount, or special sale offers
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable

5. Refund Policy

- Once dispatched, the order will fall under the return policy terms
7. Doorstep Delivery Terms

- Once accepted, the responsibility of product condition lies with the customer
