1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided


2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Tinted or custom-mixed paints (colour shades prepared as per customer request)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items purchased under clearance, discount, or special sale offers


3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable

    5. Refund Policy

    • Once dispatched, the order will fall under the return policy terms

    • Any issues must be reported within the defined time frame
    • Once accepted, the responsibility of product condition lies with the customer
